How Norris Skips built a connected, data-driven waste business
Norris Skips runs a complex mix of skip hire, trade waste and brokerage services. Keeping those divisions connected and profitable requires visibility across every job, vehicle and customer. Director, Kieron Norris explains how moving to Waste Logics has helped them join the dots, eliminate manual reporting and make faster, data-driven decisions.

Before
The Challenge
We were running three divisions on different software, which made credit control and reporting a real challenge. There was no single version of the truth, we spent too much time managing spreadsheets just to see how the business was performing. I was spending around ten hours a week just pulling data together manually, and that time could have been spent actually using the data to make improvements.
The Decision
The Solution
Absolutely. We needed one platform that could run everything, from skips and trade waste to brokerage, and Waste Logics has done that. Most systems struggled to connect those parts of the business, but now everything flows through one place. It is faster, more accurate, and gives us complete visibility across operations.

Customer Q&A
In their own words

How did the move to the new system go?
Surprisingly fast. We went live in about four weeks, which was impressive given the size of our operation. Drivers adapted to the Driver app straight away, and the weighbridge and yard teams found it much easier to use.
