They can update the status of orders and capture customers’ signatures electronically. This electronic paperwork is then made available to customers automatically
Office users will receive real-time data back from the driver as they progress through their daily work load, including details of any on site issues, photos of blocked access or contamination, and the current location of the driver for example. Customer notifications can beconfigured to notify them that the driver is on route.
The devices can be configured to talk to onboard weighing equipment so we capture all the individual bin lift weight data. Office users can send custom messages to the fleet or individual drivers.
