Meet the Team

Geeta Chandra
Chief Executive Officer and Founder
Before putting her creative mind to work on the founding of Waste Logics, Geeta worked in design and even lectured on the subject at University.

Her best friend from school asked her to work in their family businesses and focus on design and software related projects. In a welcoming growing family business, she learnt about the waste and scrap industry. Geek at heart, she decided to design a solution that would help that business.

When she’s not contemplating the next software development, you’ll find Geeta hiking, admiring street art, or at an electronic music festival.
Still as excited now as at the start, and even more so about whats ahead.
Holly Jenkins
Chief Operating Officer
Holly’s waste industry career began on the broker side, and after 3 years as an Operations Manager she joined Waste Logics and became our Customer Support Manager. In just two and a half years she skyrocketed into the role of COO!

When she’s not bossing it as COO, Holly is exploring the outdoors with her Chocolate Lab, Nayla, or cooking up a storm in the kitchen – usually Italian food, pizza is food from the gods...

Holly was lucky enough to work in South Carolina, USA for a year where she played host to Daniel Craig – jammy!
Ryan Brown
Sales Manager
Ryan describes himself as ‘falling’ into the world of Sales (ouch) when he landed a traveller’s dream job as a Travel Desk Consultant in Melbourne, Australia!

Once he found his way home again, he continued on the sales path in the Waste Management industry where he spent 3 years at a London-based trade waste collection company before Waste Logics snapped him up!

When he’s not having nightmares about that fall, you’ll find Ryan either in the kitchen, or walking his gorgeous pups!
Ryan dreams of one day opening a Vegan, zero waste Café – send us an invite Ryan!
Lawrence Davis
Sales Manager
Lawrence joined the world of waste at a trade waste company in London, funnily enough, the same one as Ryan (they even worked together in Sales!)

It seems they just couldn’t get enough of each other so after 3 years, Lawrence also found himself at Waste Logics – they claim it’s a coincidence but we’re not convinced!

When he’s not working with Ryan, you’ll find Lawrence training for athletics (which he is a pro level at!), backpacking across the world, attending festivals or smashing through his restaurant hitlist.

It sounds like a busy life Lawrence!
Lawrence visited a plastic prison in Panama, which is entirely made from plastic bottles collected from around the islands. The ‘Prison’ is open to tourists, where they can repent for their use of single use plastics - that must have been eye-opening Lawrence.
Ally Watson
Customer Operations Manager
Ally cut his teeth in the world of customer service with 9 years at British Gas working in senior customer services and programme management roles followed by 3 years with Vodafone.

After a further 3 years as a consultant helping SME business owners grow their business, Ally joined Waste Logics as our superstar Customer Operations Manager.

When Ally’s not keeping a keen eye on customer operations, he likes to spend family time with his 4 kids and 2 dogs, watching motorsport, supporting his favourite rugby team or even playing curling (move over Kevin Martin!)
While Ally’s feet are now firmly planted on UK soil, he has also lived in Ohio and Michigan for 2 years working as an Outdoor Educator!
Toby Lee
Senior Product Manager
Toby has over a decade of experience in the software development industry, including 9 years in product management.

He has proudly brought many successful products to life, including AAA game titles and B2C, SaaS software solutions.

All the best product managers come from a business management background and Toby is no exception, with particular talent for product prioritisation, strategy and optimisation.

In his spare time Toby loves to play and watch football with his young son, and is a bit of a movie buff. True to his professional passions, Toby also loves anything futuristic, techy, or physics related and is an avid space enthusiast.

He’s also a grand strategy game devotee which is probably why he’s so great at his job!
Like many of us at Waste Logics, Toby’s a bit of an environmental warrior and waste which isn’t recycled really gets on his eco-conscious nerves. Also a mad keen driver, Toby once traveled 5,500km in 17 days across China in a street modded Golf GTI. Luckily it came back in one piece with only minor damage!
Jamaal Abdi
Customer Success Manager
After graduating as an engineer, Jamaal began his professional career in customer support in the tourism industry.

In 2019 he transitioned to the swiftly growing Saas industry where his biggest achievement to date has been to grow a team of 10 to 55 agents.

Jamaal’s passion is problem solving (that’s the engineer coming through!) and helping clients to grow their businesses, whether they are corporate giants or SMEs.

Jamaal’s passion for tech doesn’t stop there, in his spare time he’s an avid gamer and computing enthusiast. From problem solving to strategy games to building his own PC or coding his own smart speaker system at home, he can’t help but tinker with tech!
Jamaal would love to restore his own plane or helicopter and live amongst the clouds.
Dima Naumenko
Project Manager
Dima’s wealth of experience includes more than 15-years in the software development industry where he began as a data scientist before rising through the ranks and joining Waste Logics as a Project Manager.

Not only does Dima have an impressive career history, he’s also a mega brainiac and has a PhD in Economics!

When Dima’s not crunching numbers, he spends time with his 2 sons, playing the tourist in his local area and immersing himself in martial art movies.
Dima’s a lifelong lover of Lego and has a real katana sword which he bought in Tokyo.
Holly Joy Barker
Customer Support Team Lead
Coming from a background in biology, Holly began her Waste Logics career as an onboarding specialist before moving into the service desk team lead position.

With a background in customer service within commercial waste, Holly previously worked in construction, charity, retail and hospitality before finding her real passion - Waste Logics!

When Holly’s not leading the way in customer support, you’ll find her in the forest with her dog, listening to music, in the kitchen or binging a box set.
Holly loved going to the tip as a young child, perhaps she was always destined to work in waste management!
Rebecca Haig
Data Insight Analyst
Before joining Waste Logics Rebecca worked as a data analyst for a sports marketing agency and completed a masters in applied mathematics.

Whilst travelling around the world, Rebecca lived in the Philippines where she worked for an actuarial firm.
When not crunching the numbers, you’ll find Rebecca exploring nature with her dog Basil or doing yoga.
