Geeta Chandra, CEO
WHERE IT STARTED
Where it started.
In 2006, Geeta Chandra began working inside a waste and recycling business, helping modernise the systems behind the operation. She sat with the teams, saw how the day really ran and understood where existing systems were falling short.
The business relied on spreadsheets, paper and people bridging the gaps between systems that didn’t talk to each other. Margin was being lost, and problems were often discovered too late to fix. So she built something better.
Waste Logics was built inside a real waste operation and has been shaped by real operators ever since.
THE TEAM
Over a century of waste management experience. And a team that knows how to build software.
That’s not a line we use lightly.
Across our onboarding, support and product teams are people who spent years working inside waste businesses before joining Waste Logics. Our onboarding team alone bring over 65 years of combined industry experience, with well over a century across the wider team.
When a customer calls with a problem, they’re talking to someone who understands the operation, not just the software.
Alongside that industry experience, our product and engineering teams bring deep SaaS expertise in building reliable, scalable software. It’s that combination of waste knowledge and modern software thinking that makes Waste Logics different.
HOW WE WORK
We listen to customers. Then we build what they need.
The Waste Logics roadmap isn’t driven by what looks good in a pitch deck. It’s shaped by conversations with operators about where their current systems are letting them down.
A customer tells us about a problem they’ve been working around for years. Often, we recognise it because we’ve heard it before, or because someone on our team has lived it themselves. Then we work out how to solve it.
That feedback loop has shaped much of what Waste Logics is today, and it continues to shape what we build next.

WHAT'S NEXT
Built for what comes next.
Margins are tighter. Labour costs are rising. Compliance demands are growing, and customers expect more. The next phase of Waste Logics is about helping operators do more with what they already have.
That means going beyond recording what happened. It means spotting issues while there’s still time to act, surfacing what’s costing money and making the data already in the system work harder.
We’ve spent two decades learning how waste operations really work. Now we’re using the tools available today to solve those problems better, while staying focused on what matters most: software that works in the real world.
