The MSS group used paper-based systems to run their business, but this came at a huge time, efficiency and human error cost. As they continued to grow, they knew they needed an end-to-end system that can help them efficiently manage high volumes of data and scale with the business.
They found Waste Logics through one of their subcontractors who were using the platform. As the customer, MSS Group used their subcontractor’s customer dashboard to self-serve and stay in the loop of any updates.

Customer Dashboard: This transformed their customer experience and brought operational efficiency to their customer communications. The dashboard allowed the MSS group’s customers to self-serve for recycling reports, copy invoices and tickets which is a big time saver.
Reporting and Analytics: The MSS Group has significantly reduced its burden on spreadsheet data entry as all their recycling and customer reports are automatically generated for them. Having access to all the information in one place has allowed them to further understand their customers spending and volume and variety of waste movements. MSS Group were also able to view their profit margins per job.
Subcontract Management: MSS Group benefited from a seamless process to book jobs for their customers, and manage and communicate with their supply chain automatically via email. This resulted in an immense amount of transparency in operations. They could also check a subcontractor’s invoices to ensure they were charged the right amount.
